ELDOA 1 & 2
This four-day training, led by Angie Campbell, combines the first two courses of the ELDOA Method Certification Program. It will introduce the foundations of ELDOA, descriptive anatomy, physiology, and tensegrity all through a hands-on, learn-by-doing approach.
ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Osteo-Articulaire)
is a form of exercise developed by French osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer. ELDOAs are designed to create space and decompression in specific spinal segments aiming to improve joint health, provide relief from pain and support overall well-being.
