Fascial anatomy, links & biotensegrity
Look at anatomy through a fascial lens noting the continuous link and explore the connection between tension & compression systems within the body.

Teaching & learning from the lens of shared inquiry
Become an active contributor to the collective learning process. The shared inquiry approach recognizes that meaningful learning emerges through dialogue, relationship, and the wisdom that arises when many voices are welcomed into the conversation.
Connection between the autonomic nervous system & yogic philosophy
Explore yogic philosophy through the lens of evidence based research. Specifically, the interplay between the ANS, Polyvagal Theory and the gunas.
Personal development & pedagogy
Cultivate pedagogical philosophy and tools that offer anyone in a leadership role the ability to do so more thoughtfully.

The curriculum in this training is designed to build on the foundation of a 200 hour yoga teacher training; therefore, it is recommended that anyone interested already have participated in a 200 hour course.

Yes, a payment plan is available. A $300 deposit will be required upon registration then a $450 monthly payment will be scheduled for the duration of the training (10 months). Please contact support@embodiedeldoa.com to set up this agreement.
