At Embodied ELDOA, we believe everyone has the potential to become their own best therapist.

Meet our Founder

Angie Campbell is a yoga therapist and ELDOA trainer with over 20 years of experience. She was first introduced to ELDOA while living in Montreal, where she was dancing professionally and working as a Pilates instructor.

At the time, one of Angie’s clients was recovering from a traumatic injury—and doing so at “warp speed.” Curious about what was making such a remarkable recovery possible, Angie began to investigate. This led her to Dr. Guy VOYER, the osteopath and creator of the ELDOA Method, who was also working with this client.

It was here that Angie began studying with Dr. VOYER whenever she had the opportunity. She continued to study with Dr. VOYER until his passing in June of 2024.

Our Story

Alongside her studies, Angie opened a yoga studio in 2015, where she fell in love with the sense of community it fostered. She later joined PALM Health, where she had the opportunity to work alongside functional medicine providers and further explore an integrative approach to wellness.

It was through these two experiences that the vision for Embodied ELDOA emerged: a space for wellness and community that honors both evidence-based care and lived experience.
