ELDOA training
One on one sessions crafted specifically for your goals & your body.
ELDOA promotes healing by using global-fascial tension to make space around a joint. This takes 100% effort and when it’s accomplished it will do three things:
01
imbibe the tissues surrounding the joint with fluid to keep them healthy and hydrated
02
teach your tissues to normalize themselves so you can improve your posture
03
heighten your body awareness and proprioception to keep you less injury-prone
What to expect from a private ELDOA session.
-
The first session will start with an intake conversation so the trainer can understand your goals, your relevant health history and begin to explain the intricacies of the ELDOA method.
-
After the first session, each consecutive session will begin with a specific warm up that includes micromovements in the joints. This warm up prepares you for your ELDOAs, allows your trainer to gather information about how your joints move and helps your trainer design a program specifically for you.
-
After the warm-up, your trainer will take you through 4 to 6 ELDOAs. The trainer will use verbal and tactile cues to help you get the most out of your ELDOAs.
-
After a few session, once you have learned how to make proper global tension and have felt the ELDOA, your trainer will give you a regimen that you can practice on your own.
